PAYMENT METHODS.


All online payments are processed using the Secure STRIPE payment system that accepts all major credit cards.

SHIPPING.


Orders are packaged up and sent within 2 business days.

DOMESTIC
For domestic deliveries throughout Australia I use Australia Post. A flat rate shipping fee of $15.00 will be added at checkout.

LOCAL PICKUP

Collection can be made from my studio in Hindmarsh, Adelaide (SA) for no charge. You can select local pickup at checkout. One your order has been processed, please send me a text via 0425295359 to arrange a pickup time.

TRACKING.

We will keep you updated when your order has been dispatched, you can track your order through the shipping confirmation email we send you with your tracking information.

DELIVERY.


The delivery address entered by the customer at the shipping stage of checkout will be used.

LOST EARRINGS.

Each GW piece is thoughtfully handcrafted using high-quality materials, including sterling silver hooks designed for comfort and everyday wear.

Because earrings are delicate by nature and can sometimes be affected by the way they’re worn or handled, we’re unable to replace items that have been lost.

That said, GW understand how disappointing it can be to lose a favourite piece. If something doesn’t feel quite right shortly after purchase, please reach out — we are always happy to help where we can. In some cases, we may be able to offer a repair, a replacement at a reduced cost, or advice on how to keep your earrings secure and long-lasting.

RETURNS.

There is no returns for change of mind purchases. Please choose carefully before placing your order. If something doesn't look right or your items have arrived damaged please email GW via the contact form.
